I had an amazing time at this resort, largely due to the phenomenal staff who treated us like family and made us feel at home right away. The entertainment options were enjoyable, but I noticed that attendance was low during some events. That said, the area was well-kept and the atmosphere was relaxing. On the downside, cigarette smoke at the swim-up bar was a bit problematic for me, and I would suggest implementing a no-smoking policy there.
